Beware, all sorts of planning applications are suddenly coming in. It's an ideal time for developers to put in applications, when people might not be paying attention and normal systems like leaflets to alert neighbours can't work. So we all need to be more alert.

Cotswold Homes have put in an application to build 97 more houses - between St John's Way and the common. They are building one side of the road onto the common, now they want to build the other side. Look at the map.

Please alert your neighbours and friends. They have until 24th April to comment, but don't leave it too late. This is a developer consultation, so to make sure your councillors also know what you think, Adrian Rush and Pat Trull would very much like it if you sent them a copy of your reply to the developers......... just email ensignp@globalnet.co.uk.

You will find a survey from the developer on their website, but . You may note they have already filled in question 2 for you and don’t give the info about layout to comment on question 2.
