The road has good visability and therefore you question how anyone could walk out infront of a car. There is a propper crossing point not very far from the accident that gives a refuge in the middle of the road. It is not even a busy road. There are small children running across roads in Yate taking risks, their parents need to teach them how to cross roads. Don't al;ways blame the drivers.
