ABBOTSWOOD PAVED AREA OPEN

The new Abbotswood paved area is open, the snazzy planters are in - and Carene from the Armadillo is going to be planting them up. The seats are going to be stripped and repainted. Many thanks to the councillors and staff at Yate Town Council who raised the cash and ran this project to deliver what residents said they wanted.

But please, DO NOT USE THE PLAY EQUIPMENT. It is really tempting, but play areas are still closed off under government rules, because it is so easy to spread the virus by touch and the equipment cannot be cleaned after every user.
